These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inspirasi mobile application and related services ("Inspirasi", "the App", or "the Service") operated by Roland McCormack ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Inspirasi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You may use Inspirasi only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Inspirasi currently allows use of the App without requiring account creation or sign-in. Some features are available for free, while certain premium features require a paid subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.
Inspirasi may create an in-app profile linked to your use of the App on your device. Continuity of saved data and app settings may be limited across devices, reinstalls, device changes, or app-data resets.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your use of the App on your device, to the extent permitted by law.
Inspirasi may offer free and paid features. Premium access may be provided through subscriptions or other paid entitlements.
Subscription purchases may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and related service providers such as RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, cancellations, free trials, refund rights, restore-purchase processes, and payment handling may be governed in part by the terms, policies, and processes of the relevant platform or billing provider.
We may suspend, limit, or revoke access to premium features where reasonably necessary, including for failed payments, abuse, misuse, fraud, technical issues, or where a subscription or entitlement is no longer valid.
Inspirasi applies usage limits to certain features of the App. Current limits are as follows:
Usage limits may be changed at any time and for any reason, including for operational, technical, commercial, or abuse-prevention purposes. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material reductions to limits that apply to active paid subscriptions, and such changes will ordinarily take effect from the start of the next billing period. Changes to limits applicable to free users and free preview features may take effect without prior notice.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Inspirasi uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate suggestions and related outputs.
You acknowledge that:
Inspirasi is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, safety, financial, or other specialist advice.
Some features of the App may depend on location information or location permissions. You can choose whether to enable these features, but certain functionality may be reduced or unavailable if location access is declined.
You are responsible for ensuring that any use you make of location-based suggestions is safe, lawful, and appropriate.
Certain functions of the App require internet access and may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including analytics, crash reporting, mapping, subscription, cloud, and AI services.
We are not responsible for:
The App, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, functionality, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where expressly permitted by law.
Your use of Inspirasi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any part of the App or Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Service, created risk for us or others, or where continued operation of the Service is no longer practical.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. You may also use the in-app data deletion flow to remove your app profile and associated app data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we aim to provide a useful and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
We do not guarantee that suggestions, recommendations, location results, or AI-generated outputs will be complete, correct, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or other right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Inspirasi.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
